Narayana Health (formerly known as Narayana Hrudyalaya) is an Indian for-profit private hospital network headquartered in Bangalore. It was founded by Dr. Devi Shetty in the year 2000.
It operates several hospitals and heart centres across major Indian cities Bangalore, Delhi, Gurugram, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Jaipur, Mumbai, Mysore etc. with an international subsidiary in the Cayman Islands. Introduction:
Led two white-labeling projects for international clients based in Malaysia and Dubai. The core objective was to adapt and customize existing products to align with each client’s brand identity and unique functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
Customized core product features and UI to reflect client-specific branding and localization needs.
Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders.

As part of a larger app revamp initiative driven by the business team, the work was divided into phases due to the app's broad scope. I was responsible for designing and delivering a new feature module aimed at premium users subscribed to the annual health plan.
The feature enabled users to track fitness goals, activities, and workouts, access wellness blogs, and receive personalized goal suggestions based on their app engagement. Close collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers was maintained throughout, with regular hygiene checks and feedback loops to ensure a high-quality rollout.
Responsibilties:
Acted as a liaison between developers, business team, and design team to ensure clear and consistent communication.
Conducted hygiene checks on feature versions post-release to ensure functionality and quality.
Raised and managed visibility of version-specific issues by creating tickets in JIRA.
